Adam Stockl began his educational journey at Rutgers University where he majored in Applied Kinesiology and minored in Economics. During his time at Rutgers University, Stockl found himself on the Dean’s List multiple times and was appropriately awarded the Kiwanis scholarship for outstanding community service. Shortly after graduating, Stockl accepted a position as an Executive Team Leader. Whilst in this role, Adam oversaw a variety of sectors within the company. He worked with the executive team to create an excellent guest shopping experience which helped drive $40 million in sales during their 2011 fiscal year. After 2 years of exceptional performance, Adam accepted a position with Bed Bath and Beyond as their Department Manager. Over the next year, Adam Stockl achieved a 19% increase in revenue, across 7 departments, by establishing standard work and process improvement initiatives.
In 2013, Adam Stockl opted for a career change and discovered his true passion for fitness. Stockl first found himself operating his own private training company, PureFit. Adam later accepted a position with RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center, as the Fitness Manager, Wellness Coach, and Personal Trainer. During this time Adam designed and implemented over 100 personalized training plans for both his client’s goals and abilities. Throughout the next four years, Adam maintained a 96% client retention rate at RWJ, compared to the previous 72% club average. In 2017, Adam Stockl joined Tilton Fitness as their Fitness Director where he managed 18 trainers and hundreds of clients, resulting in over $35,000 in monthly revenue.
Most recently, Adam Stockl began working for Crunch Fitness. With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Adam Stockl has the ability to create programs and optimize internal operations for maximum effectiveness. Adam hopes to continue to leverage his knowledge and passion for the job by helping others reach their full potential in life.
